Our Mission
To enable inner-city youth to discover their talents and exercise
them in areal world business environment through technology,
trade training and career development.
Our Project
BAYM's Industrial Youth Center is a 30,000 square foot former
factory complex that houses technology based training programs
for young people ages 14 - 19.
Vision
The Development of Technology Processing, Training, and Retail
Service Centers throughout Connecticut’s cities.
