Computer Genesis™
IT Fundamentals is an eight week 40 hour program that teaches
youth to build and troubleshoot computers. Students learn to
assemble hardware
components, set up BIOS, install software, navigate OS, and
identify and rectify hardware and software problems. Successful
participants are awarded with a PC at the close of the course.
$20.00 and you're on your way to the Internet and home computing
with our basic refurbished system complete with CD-ROM drive,
monitor, keyboard and mouse.
BAYM is pleased to announce the establishment of a
Prometric IT Testing Center at its Computer Genesis™
Community Technology Center. BAYM now provides
official testing in over 200 nationally recognized
technology certifications.
